Specific Delivery Times
You can request a preferred delivery time, and we will strive to meet it. However, due to high order volumes and traffic, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
What if I don't have the recipient's phone number?
If the recipient's phone number is not provided and there is an issue with the delivery, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to supply all necessary contact information. Without the recipient's contact information, we are not liable if the delivery fails, and no refund will be given.
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you unless you have provided specific instructions to leave the flowers at the address. If we cannot reach you, we will attempt to contact the recipient for further instructions. If we cannot reach either party, the flowers will be returned to our main location. The recipient will be contacted before a second delivery attempt is made.
